Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use Vokko Display, including compliance with laws that apply to recording, broadcasting, or displaying content captured from consoles, PCs, or other sources. You must have the right to capture and listen to any content you route through the app.
You are responsible for your hardware, cables, drivers, and operating-system permissions. Closing other applications that lock your capture device may be required. Performance depends on your system and capture card.
Downloads and updates
Installers are provided only from https://download.vokko.io (linked from https://vokko.io). The app receives updates only from https://updates.vokko.io. Do not install copies from unofficial mirrors. We may release updates or discontinue versions at any time.
Unsigned or beta builds may trigger security warnings from your operating system. You install and run the software at your own risk after reviewing those warnings.
Disclaimer of warranties
Vokko Displayis provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms apply until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive (including license restrictions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.
Changes
We may modify these Terms or the software. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the software and website.
General
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Vokko Display and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.
